These terms govern the use of propensity.in. They are short by intention: this website is an information page, not a product you can buy or sign up for from it.
01Who these terms are with
propensity.in is operated by Dimple Amit Pujara, trading as Pixel Byte Labs, a sole proprietorship with its principal place of business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Propensity is a platform of that business.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
02What this website is
This website describes what Propensity does. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to provide any service, or advice of any kind — financial, legal, investment or otherwise. Any engagement between us is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site varies such an agreement.
Descriptions of capabilities are general. They do not constitute a representation that any particular outcome will be achieved for any particular organisation.
03Access to the platform
The Propensity platform itself is private. Access is granted by invitation to named individuals at client and partner organisations, and is subject to a separate agreement. There is no public sign-up, and no registration is offered through this website.
Attempting to access, probe, scan or test the platform, its interfaces or its infrastructure without written authorisation is not permitted.
04Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- interfere with its operation or availability, or attempt to circumvent any security or access control;
- use automated means to harvest content, beyond ordinary, well-behaved search engine indexing that respects our robots.txt;
- reproduce, republish or redistribute its content other than as permitted below;
- use the site or any contact address on it to send unsolicited commercial communications; or
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
05Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, layout, graphics, the Propensity name and mark, and the underlying code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may read, print and share a page for your own reference or internal business evaluation. You may not copy the design, present the content as your own, or use the Propensity name or mark without our written permission.
06Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This clause governs this website only. Liability under any engagement between us is dealt with in the agreement for that engagement.
08Third-party links and services
Where this site links to a third party, we do not control and are not responsible for that party's content, practices or availability. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; see our Privacy Policy for what that means.
09Privacy
Our handling of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of this website.
11Changes
We may update these terms. The version and effective date above will change when we do, and the terms in force are those published here at the time you use the site.
